::I will avoid this post office in the future, it happened to me again today that you want to drop off a package and the employee first processes packages from the roll container. I stand there at the counter for minutes, being ignored and not served. Is this what customer service looks like!? Impossible!!One star is still too many!

::I prefer to choose this branch... the ladies are extremely friendly and solution-oriented... some colleagues at other locations can learn something from it... I enjoy it when you have a kind word for others in the age of digitalization . Unfortunately, in many shops and establishments people only focus on profits and the service falls completely behind. So a big compliment to all the employees at this branch!
