  Every time there are problems with the employees, be it with parcels that are rejected for strange incomprehensible reasons or even worse letters that have been franked online, where the postage is handwritten on them. The staff is not trained and is then outrageous

  When will the women finally be trained? Every time there is something to complain about. Parcels are not accepted for stupid reasons. Today my package was not accepted because I used too much tape. I should pay € 7.95 for bulky goods. The last time the package had a dent and was not accepted. One post office further, the parcel is accepted without any problems.

  +1 star, for the good location. You can also get drinks with one ride. +1, for good handling of packages. They are not thrown around and the packages for collection are in good condition. -1 star, for often long waiting times. -1, for incompetent staff who have nodded and sent off a slightly incorrectly addressed package upon request of correctness. (Post number behind the packing station number instead of the name). Result -> package was sent back. -1, due to a lack of goodwill. They didn't want to send the package a second time for free. The post in Liesborn would have sent it off again corrected if the package had been delivered there. For the latter reasons alone, the fuel costs pay off to drive to the other post office. If you only want to hand in a shipment with a finished label, it is better to continue to a beverage store (Toni's Trinkland). It's going faster there. Wouldn't come back here again. There are better alternatives.
