  Title: Bad Experience - Disorganized Store Review: I have to say that this store is the biggest mess I've ever seen. My packages are simply no longer being issued, even though they say I should receive them now. It can't be that the boss here does what he wants. Neither DHL nor he can handle things the way they want. It's really frustrating when you wait for your deliveries and then find that they just won't go out. I hope that the situation here will improve soon, because it definitely cannot continue like this.

  Often longer waiting times, but bearable with the permanent staff. Today there was a substitute who was unsuitable. At least 8 minutes processing time for one person and then I left. Please work massively faster, otherwise it won't work. The second star is for the professional colleague.

  I was extremely satisfied with my visit to this post office. The service was outstanding - the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot understand some of the criticism that has been made here. The wait was minimal and I was served quickly. The branch was clean and well organized, which made my visit very pleasant. I will definitely come back and recommend this post office!

  The owner of this post office is very unfriendly and disrespectful. I come here very often and it wasn't just like this once. Recently, after a very long wait in an empty branch where no one even apologized, I had to pull my receipt out of the machine myself when I asked :)) As if that wasn't enough, I was cursed loudly after me because I called it "awesome now “also self-service” had commented. In the future I will no longer enter the branch when he is serving. Then I'd rather go into town or come when my colleague is serving. The lady is very friendly. I give her 5 stars :)

  Personally, I don't like this post at all. The staff often seems unfriendly. Not once, but often. Especially the male employee. Plus, if you wait in line for too long, you might think that Corona has broken out again. There are always new employees who have to be retrained, which makes you wonder why the staff is constantly changing. .? It's absolutely no fun picking up your package there or buying stamps; by the time you leave this post office you would have already arrived in the city.
