::Höflichkeit ist eine Zier, doch weiter kommt die POST in Lauf auch ohne ihr.......... RÜDE, unverschämt und die Kompetenz lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Als Kunde ist man eigentlich STÖRFAKTOR. 4 Posterer anwesend und hinterm Tresen. Offen sind aber mit viel gutem Willen 2 Schalter. Aber auch nur wenn die Schlange schon draußen auf der Straße steht. Beschwerden? Ja um Himmels willen. Da kassiert man gleich mal nen Rüffel...... unterm Strich: SETZEN 10 ( ne 6 reicht leider nicht mehr aus)

::I will never go to this branch again. I have often heard of bad experiences but have never experienced it myself, except that the employees talked privately and I had to wait. I had sent my husband to hand in a shipment. This should cost 2.20 euros. The employee said the bag is too high. He should buy a box and repackage the things. When he asked for an alternative, she charged him 4.90 euros. Even if the envelope were too "high", the next price range would be 3.70 euros. In my opinion, the employee did this on purpose. I recommend the branch on Röthenbacher Straße. The service there is great and friendly.
