::I don't like using this branch. If it suits me, I'd rather go somewhere else. I rarely write reviews, this is my first bad one. But I just looked at the reviews and was surprised at the answers from the branch operator. Every criticism is answered immediately. It's the customer's own fault. With so little insight, nothing can change. I also think that you are never treated kindly in this branch. I've never had an argument, but I also don't feel welcome as a customer. The employee always seems to be in a bad mood and doesn't seem like he enjoys his work. I also hope that I have stamped everything correctly every time. If something doesn't fit, it won't be pointed out in a friendly way.

::I agree with the bad reviews. Unfortunately, the advice and unfriendly behavior is only directed at the owner; the good reviews are definitely not his fault. So unfriendly, cheeky and impolite. Never been treated like that before and the words are turned around in your mouth and you say you want to snap at him. I will avoid this post office and prefer to bring the sales to the neighboring town. Customer is king? Here only the boss. Address errors? Anyone who insists on their rights and just thinks they are right and doesn't even let someone finish.... Your answers to bad criticism are awesome. Then have you ever heard of data protection? To lead my sister and she often asked them to be quiet with each other because it wasn't her problem but they teased in a tour. This shows how mature they actually are. And if you want, I will now be impudent and attack you. I didn't send them on their way, she wanted to show off her things and was provoked and unfairly insulted by them. impudence
