::Turned away at the branch at 12 p.m. sharp. Despite the justification for an urgent submission of a letter. Should come back at 1 p.m. I live 10 km from the branch>so additional travel (environmental?). Actually not a star but a big MINUS THANK YOU GERMAN POST

::The post office employees are generally polite, but one employee (unfortunately she is almost always at the counter) does not have a good manner. She is rude, arrogant and incompetent. Great mix for a branch that is only staffed by one person. Opening hours are irregular and inadequate. The branch management is completely resistant to the problem and, as you can see, has the same mindset. MARKANT & POST would rather not have any customers!

::Sorry, is it still okay? Closed at 5 p.m. Just right for someone who works. Open later in the morning and later in the evening. Or you don’t feel like working for the post office anymore. THEN SHUT IT DOWN!!!

::Again it wasn't open on Saturday and on Monday November 20th, according to the unfriendly employee, the packages weren't in the branch despite the information on the letter. If I'm lucky then on the 3rd visit?! Something like that can happen but not for the umpteenth time!!! It's best to close the branch, it'll be worth driving further!

::I had to buy a Roll of Tape to get 12 Inches of Tape for a dmall Box I was about to Post because the young man at the counter said the didn't have any tape..5 minutes later There was tape offered to someone else who asked...So sad it's the post I have to use..hope I never run into that young man again..poor service.
