  Stinks unfriendly at the DHL acceptance point. I'll be sending the package with Hermes tomorrow because I apparently didn't meet the lady's packing criteria. Keep it up, it will strengthen the competition.

  Staff not very friendly. You always have to wait a relatively long time until you are noticed and then you are dismissed without a word. You can then get your receipt yourself.

  I was just in the branch (June 23, 2022) and was served very politely. The young lady took the time to explain to me the best way to send it. Furthermore, my letter wasn't closed properly and she pointed it out to me and immediately put a piece of tape over it. I would love to come back.

  So I am very dissatisfied with the branch in Marktkauf Schweinfurt. My wife and I wanted to send a package today that was declared as a consignment of goods and was even the size of a consignment of goods. Since it was minimally dented, the good woman wanted to declare this package as bulky goods and charge us a surcharge of €26, so to speak. In the end she told us this package costs €4.90 which is way too much. We then drove to the post office on 10 Street, where the package was accepted and sent without any problems. So I wouldn't recommend sending a package to the post office in Marktkauf.
