Mega unfriendly. You have to pick out parcels that you want to pick up yourself. When you noticed that the package was not there, despite notification of the pick-up, you were told that you weren't the only one with whom this happened. Anyone who expects friendly customer service or, if necessary, a problem solution, is wrong here. One star is already too many here. Complaint to the post office is out.

So I've been to the branch again and I can't understand the 1-star ratings. The correct postage was calculated when the letter was submitted (clearly say what you want: in my case "standard registered mail") and my package was found. It is true that they are not overly friendly or warm here, but they are business-oriented. Even with the "right" post, you don't get any sugar blown into your bottom! I cannot confirm longer waiting times than on Robert-Gies-Straße. It all depends on what time of day you go. If after work, then it is clear that it is full - a freeway at rush hour is also full. Which for me is far better than at the main post office: there are plenty of free parking spaces and not just four, which are also abused by bargain hunters for shopping in the city. A lottery acceptance and post office is not an entertainment location for me, but a service provider. Yes, it was warm here in the 80s / 90s, but in the end the product is what counts for me today, and that fits. If you are too sensitive: just try the Packstation. It's 200% correct and doesn't speak to you at all. Or Hermes not far from here.

Always friendly and nice, almost never wait. You have to ship goods outside (v.d. door) i.d. Throw mailbox (do not think about it ...) Otherwise everything has been fine so far.
