::Unfriendly and rude staff. This is unfortunately my local post office and I shudder when I receive a mail slip. Absolutely awful.

::I did two things here: sent a letter and tried to use the postal identification service for Number26. First it went off nicely. First lady was nice. Then the second lady barged in talking in Deutsch in a frustrated and angry manner and I just couldn't keep up. She threw my passport hard on the stand (on her side) upon checking her computer. It wasn't much of an insult, but she for sure didn't pay any decency to my documents. Now I know why people reviewed this one star.
