::These (I prefer not to write the word here) are not able to leave a shipment at the agreed storage location despite express written permission to leave it (which has existed for months). I am severely disabled (they know that very well) and that's why I can't get to the door so quickly. Hence the parking permit. Now I have to go from Niederbachheim to Nastätten to pick up my mail, even though I was at home at the time of delivery. THIS IS INSURANCE AND PURE HARRISY!!!!! Apparently they enjoy harassing disabled people. 😡😡😡
