::Nice, but far too many packages are accepted, one person can't keep up with spending them. On Saturday mornings you queue for 45 minutes. Please hire more people to hand out parcels, especially on a Saturday when opening hours during the week are impossible for working people.

During the lunch break you stand in front of the closed door, on Wednesday afternoons it is completely closed, in the evening it is only open until 6 p.m., and on Saturdays there is always a long queue in the store.
