  The service is incredibly unfriendly and arrogant. I'm still shocked and confused. She gives priority to customers at the tobacco stand, no matter how long they have been waiting in line (I've noticed this 3 times now, 2 of which happened to me). The lady does not accept packaging-free returns via Amazon (as described on Amazon at “any German post office or DHL parcel shop”). Probably because then she would have to pack it herself. When I asked how that could be and even after I wanted to show her the packaging instructions, she just said "you don't have to show me that! We won't do that!" She then wanted to explain to me how I should pack the packages in the future... So come back to a real post office in the future. It's a shame... I liked the idea of ​​dropping off packages quickly beforehand when doing my weekly shopping at Kaufland...

  The manager is very cheeky and rude... she has no respect for people and gives people bans for no reason... I was supposedly told that she was banned, but she is not the owner of the branch.. the owner is her brother.. the right one Owner can give a ban on customers with a strong reason :) I wanted to share this so that you know who you are and how to implement a house ban. You shouldn't manage a branch if you don't like being in contact with people.
