::One of the unfriendly DHL employees that has ever served me at DHL. Neither respect nor friendliness seems to be a concept for this person. The worst experience I've ever had with DHL. Absolutely bottomless service! Today on January 29th, 2024. Here DHL undercover should have this experience themselves. Indescribable human catastrophe! Unfortunately you have to give one star in the rating. Anyone who has lost faith in humanity has definitely been served here at some point.

Background: I just asked a friendly question whether I could get a parcel bag there for the customs declaration of a parcel to the USA. If I turn to the post office with a friendly question out of ignorance, there is a reason for that. I expect a friendly answer and not a snippy lecture like: Why don't you buy these things, we have to pay for them too. Impossible! If I had known what the procedure was, namely that the post office provides these adhesive bags when the package is delivered, I wouldn't have asked the question at all. I assumed that these bags would be available for purchase in every store. Due to the behavior of this employee, incidentally the lady with short gray hair who was already negatively mentioned in a previous review, I avoided posting my package there. I drove to the main post office on Mühlenstrasse. The process there was extremely friendly. That's how it should be. But now finally. The branch on Oldenburger Strasse will never see ME again. I don't need to be treated like that. Customer friendliness is different.
