::I can't understand the (very old, by the way) negative reviews. I am always treated nicely, courteously and politely. I am always greeted in a friendly manner in and outside the shop. The complementary range of cards and gifts is great, and you can simply call in advance whether a package is already there to be picked up or not. Perhaps it is also an aspect of "As one calls into the forest, it rings out". All questions asked so far were answered competently. By the way: the older ones among us remember. When there was still a "real" post office in Altdorf (a few doors down), with underground opening times and long waiting times, the current state is downright heavenly.

::In times of Corona you have to be a bit more flexible. I was there. unfortunately I forgot my mask and the lady sent me home (in a really cheeky tone), although I had to send a very important letter. When I was there again with the mask, I discovered hundreds of masks that could have been sold exceptionally. Too bad.
