German post office in Bottrop

  The very last. The parcel has been delivered to the branch. It has been lying around for 2 days with the status "Posting in the branch" and nothing happens !!! Unfriendly conversation with a male employee (boss?). You were quickly dismissed without further help, but that seems to be part of the program. Does anyone else have to deal with a lack of communication and longer delivery times? How can you proceed against the branch?

  Due to corona rules, "Please enter individually" applies to this branch. Unfortunately, those unfamiliar with the area do not know or see that there are two counters and that both are manned at the time of my visit. Since you have to wait outside the door in the immediate vicinity of the main street, you cannot hear the post office worker calling behind the counter due to the street noise. Only when the lady who had entered the branch before me waved me in was the situation clear after entering the room. It really didn't have to be that the post office worker approached me harshly and "from above". Conclusion: unfriendly and arrogant. You don't have to have it again!

  Employees are always friendly. You have known each other for a long time.

  Never met such unfriendly employees as in the shop, already given the chance twice, but no thanks. Just stupid sayings and not much else to be expected.
