The bad-tempered lady shouts at me: If everyone does it like that, then we can close here. In order to avoid further problems, I now use another branch. It's too scary for me here.

::Today I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with my visit to your Elektro-Müller branch in Mosbach. It is unfortunate that I am forced to complain about the extremely poor customer service and racist behavior of one of your employees. I visited your branch today to pick up a package that, according to tracking, was already in the branch. However, I was told by an employee, whose name I unfortunately don't know, that my package was not in stock and that I would have to come back another day. This statement later turned out to be a clear lie as the package was actually present in the store. I also asked about the opening times for the next day and again I was given incorrect information. The employee falsely claimed that the branch was open until 12:00 noon Monday to Friday, when I know for a fact that your branch is normally open until 5:00 p.m. Aside from this unacceptable quality of service, I am also deeply appalled by the racist behavior of the employee in question. Her comments were insulting and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable. Such behavior not only does not belong in customer service, but also contradicts basic human values. It is shocking to see this employee abusing her position and insulting customers. It is clear that there is an urgent need for training and awareness to ensure that such behavior is not repeated. I expect you to take this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur again. Providing respectful and professional customer service should be your top priority. I hope for a prompt response and action to address these serious issues.

::At the Majolica Center in Mosbach. Very good parking options. Bright and friendly furnished. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait.

::Too few parking spaces in a narrow cul-de-sac. Turning doesn't do much. Really fun. :-) Staff seem like they're being bothered. I really wonder why Deutsche Post lists something like this as a branch. My delivery ended up there because I wasn't home when the postman came. Next time I'll have my packages delivered to the packing station straight away. I never want to have to go in there.
