::This is a post agency with a counter! The employees are always friendly and work quickly, since Lotto & Tobacco are also served at the post office counter. If the counter is not occupied, an employee is called. The 3 minutes specified by the post office until someone should be there will be observed. Whoever complains about a long line here does not understand that there is only one counter and that this is an agency and not a large post center. As a Postbank customer, you can withdraw money, parcels can be handed in and sent by registered mail and of course you can buy stamps and other postal products (such as pack sets). For the same day pickup you should: Be there until 4:15 p.m. during the week. Saturday until 11:15 a.m.
