  I would have liked to give it 5 stars because the younger post office employee ALWAYS offers super friendly and courteous customer service. Thanks for that! However, opening times could at least be possible offered once or twice a week in the afternoon. (Hence the missing star) Perhaps the customer's interest can be passed on to the appropriate office.

  Five stars for the friendly and competent employees. One star for the opening times. If it continues like this you have to go to Müllheim to go to the post office. And this at a time when energy needs to be saved.

  Opening times underground. It used to be up at least one day a week in the afternoon. And because it's only open from 8:30 a.m., there's no chance of driving by before work. Unfortunately, the mostly friendly employees don't help either. In this form it is simply unusable as a branch because it cannot be used.

  In my opinion, as a service provider you should focus on the customer, these opening times are an outrage. I should have received a package yesterday which is now lying around in the branch and costs me around 12 euros a day. It may not be a lot of money but if I don't manage to pick it up on Saturday we'll already be at 48 € on Monday. And who will compensate me for my loss? 😬
