::I can't complain about this branch or the good lady. Have my packages sent there voluntarily and she's always there for a chat. Even gives tips on dog nutrition, which is not her job 👍🏻 and asks how the furry friends are doing Always friendly and nice If there was an opportunity, I would give it more than 5 stars

::I can understand the negative reviews well. Friendliness, not so much. The repeated instructions when buying stamps or handing them over are simply annoying. It is always explained and criticized, even when no question is asked. It bothers me that the employer DHL is being maligned. Especially regarding payment for services. This is not relevant to me as a customer. After yesterday's incident, I will not enter this branch again. I'm happy to take the further route to Wiederitzsch. They damage DHL's reputation
