::I had a bad experience with DHL Post in Lichtenberg! Yesterday I wanted to send a package and a letter and there was an unfriendly woman with glasses in the mail. She is a cheater! I wanted to send an insured package, but she made it uninsured and asked for € 4.50! I wanted to send an envelope and she counted it like a maxi letter for € 2.70 instead of € 1.90! I didn't have time to read the receipt and only noticed it now! Today I drove to her at the post office and told her so and she replied cheekily and said that if I didn't like it, I should go to another branch! I'll never come back to this DHL branch in Lichtenberg !!

::Bad-tempered gentleman from the bakery or something, who doesn't even store the rolls properly. Just shouting is fed up with Fredenbergers, as our branch has now closed. The best thing to do at the end is to stand in the exit without a mask or distance and talk to Lichtenbergers about how we should behave. Find the mistake. Once and never again. Condolences to the woman who accepts the mail and has to endure it.
