  Super friendly and competent team, my packages always arrived super quickly, never had any problems, will continue to send my letters and packages here.

  This is my fourth time here and it's closed again. According to the opening times they are open until 7:00 p.m., but no one is there. There's a sign I'll be right back, but after 10 minutes of waiting, no one comes. I think it's an impertinence, because there are people who still have to work and waiting 10-30 minutes every time until someone comes is rude. Was the last time I was there.

  Very rude people, as a customer you are told...shut up. When I offered him to accompany me outside, the seller was missing his balls. A pity.

  I sent a DHL package there today. After handing in and receiving the receipt, the seller wanted me to put the package in a container that was around the corner. When I asked in surprise why I should do that, I was told that he "wasn't the cleanup person." ! After all, it was my package, so I had to put it in the postal container, he said. But I see it completely differently and it should urgently be clarified. However, I no longer have a package here. Luckily there are enough other branches where I don't have to clean up the package.
