::Nice team, everything is fine so far on site. However, an absolute no-go is that any package that is either sent directly to the post office or to my home and I am not at home to receive it does not end up directly at the branch or can be delivered. Every time the package is brought to Heimerzheim by DHL for inexplicable reasons. Why is it not possible to order packages here or store them there?

::A post office of the quality that has been missing here for a long time. Very friendly staff and great service - especially when something is missing (adhesive tape and help with the final packing, free of charge).

::The opening hours for this post office are a disgrace. It is impossible for a full-time working person like me to be able to work opening hours from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. And when the branch is closed on my day off of the week due to a lack of staff, it's really frustrating. What's even more frustrating is that my package wasn't supposed to go there, but rather to the parcel station, where it supposedly couldn't be delivered and was therefore taken to this branch. A lot of trouble just because of these opening times! I can't say anything about the employees, they are probably friendly. I don't know because I don't have the opportunity to see the inside of this branch. Well, my package will probably now be returned unseen.

::I'm so happy about the local post office, which also has great opening hours. The employees are always nice and helpful and have no problems with somewhat tricky shipments abroad (which I have already experienced at other branches). In addition, the packages always arrive remarkably quickly ;-) A big thank you!
