  Two days ago my daughter, who is very afraid of dentists, went to Ms. Segal's practice. Big praise to the practice staff, because my daughter only wants to be treated in your practice. Today I also had to be treated. I haven't had such a pleasant visit to the dentist in a long time. All the employees are extremely friendly and Ms. Segal exudes an inner calm that lets you stay relaxed. Recommend with a clear conscience! Thanks!

  In this practice you are still human. The team is always helpful, friendly and patient. You have to look for a dentist like that for a long time. Thank you to Ms. Segal and your team. I will always recommend it.

  I have to say that I had problems with my broken tooth for days. After contacting 13 dentists and being rejected everywhere because I wasn't a customer, I luckily called this mega practice and got an appointment straight away for the next day. The treatment was incomparable. I am usually extremely afraid of the dentist but this woman made it extremely easy for me. I am thrilled and can only recommend it. Again and again 🤝

  There's nothing to complain about here. The staff is always nice and friendly, You can get appointments quickly and, unlike other dental practices, here an appointment is an appointment. I've never had long waiting times. Keep it up. This is how you like to go to the dentist :)

  I suffer from anxiety and therefore "going to the dentist" is terrible for me. That's exactly why I go for check-ups regularly, every six months. It took years to gain trust in my dentist at home and now, after moving to beautiful East Frisia, I ended up in the Segal practice by "coincidence" (as a substitute doctor). What a very good coincidence! My fear was not so easily dismissed, Dr. Segal listened to me very well, my problem was taken seriously and everything was done to ensure that I didn't suffer any pain. Completely different from the experience I have had with other dentists here, who first try out how long the drilling can take until the first "ouch" or tell myself: "... it won't be that bad...". This approach only scares me more. I am now continuing my treatment at the Segal practice and will be seeing Dr. Continuing to trust Segal, not having to feel any pain when drilling, no matter how big or small the hole is, gives me peace of mind. There is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in the practice itself. Even as a "not yet a patient" I was warmly welcomed at my first visit and I had the feeling right from the start that I was welcome with the substitute doctor, because that was unfortunately very different in other practices. I'm excited to see how my teeth feel once the treatment is complete. Once again a big THANK YOU to Dr. Segal and the entire team for their understanding, care and effort.
