  Used to be very good, now it only looks good, but the options are very limited. I used to buy imported food here, it was a place to go for certain things such as dresses or toys. Now it is more of a tourist attraction with beautiful looks and high prices. The dresses are no option anymore, the toy department shrunk down and got partly replaced with a massive Berlin souvenir area. Happened numerous times I was around that the employees are not only not capable of speaking any English, they also start to complain about their foreign customers in German and can be very rude. Had a woman literally shout and swear about a very kind Japanese customer in the shirts department who really needed some advice with his shirt and suit. Of course there are many many kind people working here, too, but a house like that can't afford such outbreaks of people really, no shop should have such things happen in public. The departments worth giving a try are the jewellery and the suits, we got the wedding suit for my husband here and had a very kind woman helping us chose the right thing!
