  A visit to Gabriel's garden market Post + Postbank was more than disappointing. The treatment by the manager was extremely rude and inappropriate. This place is definitely to be avoided - the management's treatment of customers is a complete disgrace. My recommendation - if the owner feels unable to deal with customers in an appropriate manner, she should consider giving up the business and seeking professional assistance if necessary.

  I only rate the post office and customer friendliness here. And neither is quite ideal for me. The good thing first: the post office is centrally located near the city center and there are a few free parking spaces in front of the house. What I don't like is that they take the closing times very precisely. As soon as the church bell rings it closes. And then it doesn't matter whether a customer is approaching and waving. So the door was closed right in my face, even though the “nice” lady saw me coming. For me, this is anything but customer-oriented and friendly. I just wanted to pick up an important shipment. That wouldn't have taken 30 seconds. Now I have to wait until Monday. In addition, the store smells unbearably of animal food. If you don't necessarily want the smells in your apartment, you should definitely wash deliveries that contain textiles and curtains beforehand. This applies at least if the goods have been ready for collection for several days. Sorry, but since I don't feel valued as a customer, unfortunately it's only enough for one star. Answer to the answer: A small village shop where almost everyone knows everyone shouldn't necessarily be compared with a large discount store. A purchase certainly takes longer than 30 seconds. I would have been outside again at 6:00 p.m. and 30 seconds later. That's why you don't have to close the door in front of a customer you've seen many times before.

  With Ms. Jansen, this post office has gained a very competent specialist! Very customer focused and helpful! Even at the main post offices they couldn't help me. Ms. Jansen sacrificed a lot of time and got it done. Such staff will never become unemployed as they will always have a job! I now always buy my dog ​​food there. I just go shopping where I feel comfortable.

  Visited the post office again today. Service is a priority here and there is also a friendly word and a smile. I always enjoy coming to THIS branch. And - parking spaces in front of the door! Thank you for existing!
