::I have been a patient at the university hospital for almost a year and a half now. I was able to get to know more or less most of the clinics and was satisfied pretty much everywhere. But I'm not happy with the receptionist in radiology. Since I was scheduled for an MRI/CT due to my previous history, I had to provide my height and weight. This lady, a German-speaking brunette woman in her 20s with a voice like the one in Lidl advertising, reacted to this with a very derogatory Ohh. That's not possible!!! I had the forms I filled out pushed under this corona wall as if it were a piece of trash. It's not the first time for me that I've had unfriendly reception staff in radiology. This person is definitely missing out!
