::This is by far the worst and most unfriendly practice in all of Germany !!! I've never seen anything like this !! One would have to consider whether the cash registers should not notify a closure (for their members at least) !!! Particularly bad and disrespectful the "ladies" from the reception !!!! Absolutely not recommendable!

::You cannot reach anyone by phone during office hours. Only the announcement is switched on all the time. So I can't properly cancel my appointment. Not my problem.

::Rather unfriendly and in a bad way "professional" reception. I did not feel adequately treated. When I asked for a cost estimate for the surgical removal of my warts, the Consultation Aid Wanted to get the postage for it, which I did, but for obvious reasons, I have not yet reentered the rooms of that practice.
