  My sons aged 22 and 16 were with me when we had a 10 hour layover. We booked a walking tour with frankfurtonfoot, and we had the most amazing time. Our guide Jo meet us at the airport, and took us by train to town, we learnt the history of Frankfurt that was relevant to our interests, we ate speciality foods from the area, she helped us warm up as it was only 2degrees. Jo returned us to the airport after an amazing time. I wish every city that has major layovers would have a Jo to share that special destination. I highly recommend Frankfurtonfoot :-) Thanks Jo

  A very enjoyable day in Frankfurt - I really enjoyed a layover tour, a great service where Jo met me at the airport and brought me into the city. It was a pleasure to spend time in her company and she delighted in sharing her knowledge with me. It was a great tour and I was particularly moved by the Holocaust memorial and the murals in the monastery. I highly recommend for anyone with a layover in Frankfurt!

  I did this tour with my Mom in February 2018. I've done a lot of these city tours and trust me when I say that it is all about the tour guide. What can I say about Dave, Dave, Oh Dave, Hey Dave! Don't be fooled by his rugged exterior and sarcastic ways, this man is hyper intelligent and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Frankfurt and THE WORLD! Dave personalizes the experience with every member in the group and strikes up common ground with people from all corners of the planet. I had pains in my cheeks from laughing at the end of this tour. My Mom absolutely loved it and it is a great way to be guided through the city. Thanks Dave. (Joan & Danny - Ireland)

  I appreciated a lot that Dave decided not to cancel the tour, even though there were just three participants on the first of November. He does a good job showing people Frankfurt. The tour is super long, has breaks at the right moments and includes all the main sights in the city centre plus some really nice "hidden" treasures. I really recommend Dave (and Jim :) too as a guide for Frankfurt.
