  Very unfriendly employee! That was my first and last visit to this store !! You are not allowed to hand in letters there and should rather throw the letters in a mailbox yourself. I know that differently

  Here I can only rate the DHL service: Send parcels / mail: - If you are unlucky, the parcel will be in the branch for 3 days before being taken away by a postman ... - The lady does not know all the dimensions of the associated postage. It is better to sell a more expensive stamp than to have a quick look. Pick up parcels: - The postman doesn't scan the branch, so you don't know where to pick up your parcel ... In addition, you will NOT receive a slip of paper in your mailbox. - Can't help getting huge packages from the warehouse. She prefers to risk that the expensive item is broken by the customer ... Customer service: + Very friendly and helpful on the phone.
