  I used to go to different gyms all over the world. I got a very poor training plan. It is very dark and in Summer very hot and smelly. Limited ventilation. Completely overpriced by the poor service quality and their policies of contract renovation are bizarre. There are much better gyms in Berlin and Potsdam area with much better service quality and better price.

  My favourite gym in Potsdam! Definitely not the cheapest option but it’s pretty clean, has lots of different machines and various other stuff to work out with (stepper, treadmill, rowing machines, bikes, mats, foam rollers, TRX, kettlebells, barbells, bosu, weighted balls, ...). Has one female-only and one mix-gendered sauna. One room with seats to cool down. Food and drinks at the reception and lovely staff who actually cares! You can bring your own AUX-headphones to watch some TV shows while cardio. Good variety of classes.
