::Just annoying, I constantly have to drive to Alsdorf because it never works here. It's always something, either the machine or other things. And no thanks, I don't want the standard answer :) I work in a company with a lot of technology, if that were the case for me too I would be unemployed. It's a shame that it's always blamed on others.

::One star is still too many. The only bank at the commerzbank in Würselen Mitte that allows withdrawals without a fee and this dirty thing was out of service for 6 months in the year I lived here, then it is either empty for the remaining months so that no one can withdraw anymore or it has no money other defective. I think anything with the word “German” in the name is just fundamentally incompetent.

::The ATM at this branch has been out of service for more than 3 months. I've tried several times but it doesn't work. It is unacceptable for an important service like this to be unavailable for so long. I expect the bank to act quickly and repair or replace the ATM so that its customers can regain access to their money.

::Since when do you close between midnight and 6 a.m.? I wanted to withdraw money at 12:30 a.m. but it didn't work. Therefore only 3 stars.
