  I have been a Sparda customer for over 15 years and so far I have only rarely had to use the on-site service. However, I now needed on-site advice and therefore asked the service hotline about opening times and the need to make an appointment. The friendly lady on the phone told me that I could come to the branch with my request until 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays without an appointment. I was told on site that it wasn't open on Tuesdays (even though colleagues were there and had discussions) and that no one had time for me now because my colleague was finishing work. Service and friendliness are very important here... not! I'm about to change banks. Open twice a week and then you get fobbed off like that. Apparently there is no need for it here...

  Once you have an appointment, there is no waiting time. Very attentive and helpful staff. Our son opened an account immediately. We can only recommend Sparda-Bank Berlin and Mr. Reich. Competent advice from Mr. Reich

  Quick help if you have technical problems, provided you manage to get to one of the two bank open days. It would be really great if the opening times could be changed again. Just like that, maybe out of two long days, one long, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Would be more helpful for many shift working people

  Actually, I am always satisfied with the service and the friendly and helpful staff, but I find it more than unpleasant that there is a homeless person there every evening and morning. It smells so bad of urine and alcohol. For this gentleman, smoking is also a given in the room. If I see him staying there, I won't go in at all. It's a shame if you just want to get some money or bank statements. Something really needs to be done about this. It is a thorn in the side of many
