Thanks to the competent work of Ms. Lottermoser and my reference therapist, Ms. K., I was able to take a lot with me and work through it. It is important that you cooperate as a patient and take the whole thing seriously. They are not miracle healers, you have to work hand in hand! See you at STOF! 😊

::No therapist has the right to scream at patients, especially when they are traumatized! The shame about the addiction is very great and when a "helper" massively crosses boundaries and humiliates them through their self-important behavior and even threatens bodily harm! Ms. Lottermoser would be ideal in the prison system... completely out of place here, unfortunately you have to give 1 star

::I was in this clinic in 2011 and was totally impressed by the nursing staff, the therapists and the management, Ms. Lottermoser. Back then I had the feeling that people here knew what they were doing and I felt so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. In 2018/19 I came back to Visbek because of my trauma and the risk of addiction and after a short time I was speechless. I found the therapists arranged back then to be nervous, tired and sometimes sick. Ms. Lottermoser, whom I used to admire, extremely irritable, self-promoting, hysterical and unfair. She yelled at me personally without allowing me to comment. When I waited outside her office door, even through that thick door, I could hear her yelling at patients. This resulted in a lot of women leaving their office crying. I was then released before completing my rehab without receiving any help. In 2021 I went to the Dormagen rehabilitation clinic. Everyone there has a single room with a TV, the food is great and you can immediately feel the loving commitment of the people who work there. Thanks to the good trauma treatment, I have now been sober and grateful for 350 days. That's explaining everything. Something nice to say about Visbek, or even about Ms. Lottermoser; no more thought!

::I was a patient at the clinic myself until last month and am reporting my experiences first hand. First of all, I can't understand the negative comments. I am an addict and have depression and ptsd. I was in rehab in Hörstel and then went here on a recommendation. I had a hard time getting here. But I was able to quickly get involved in therapy. I accepted the help and pretty much stuck to the rules. Today I'm feeling much better and I'm happy. The time was certainly difficult and tiring, and changes were not easy. But you also have to want and work together to change something. The rules: Run a clinic with 100 women, addicts, then we'll talk again. My conclusion: I can only say thank you and I am glad that clinics like this exist. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Look at the reviews on Clinic Reviews, they look completely different.

::Ms. Lottermoser is absolutely condescending. She accuses you of being anorexic and not sober without knowing you in the slightest. I am absolutely disappointed. I thought people wanted to help here, but that's probably not the case. In addition, the care ratio of one nurse for 100 patients is absolutely prohibitive. I definitely advise against this clinic.
