My daughter was born at that hospital and one Indian CNA working there made my stay worthwhile. I'm not sure whether I'd survive another night at that hospital though. I had developed a mild UTI and they wanted to keep an extra night only as precaution, and I practically begged to go home. I guaranteed them that I'd follow their orders to a T and did. I took my meds, followed up with a doctor's visit- everything was clear! The food is nothing to write home about; the staff is average... One nurse wouldn't give me pain medications (IBUPROFEN 400 Mg, delivered every 4-6 hours, on the third day (after a C-section/yep!) because she 'felt' that I didn't need it. Of course, since this was recorded, I reported her to the doctor. I think that she was very confused about her title. BTW if you're from the US, they don't give out Percocet after a C-section (at least, I wasn't) and you're on your feet the next day! Another thing, I've given birth in MA and you can ask questions freely. Here doctors are revered and a few see to believe that they're actual Gods (LOL/not kidding). One of the medical professionals, precisely an Anesthesiologist wouldn't answer my question about her success rate because she felt that I was insulting. Meanwhile back in Boston, the one delivering my daughter gave out that answer without me having asked (in case of complications, she explained... on what the team would do, etc). Truthfully, it's not a bad hospital. Things are done a bit differently but that's all. Don't forget, that unlike in the US, you don't walk out with a gigantic bill in the end;-)
