::My son was on palliative care due to a very rare, serious illness. The nursing team lovingly cared for him and each individual patient with empathy and commitment. The attending physician, Dr. Vogelsang has gone above and beyond the norm and provided constant information about this rare disease. All possibilities were considered and discussed. 1000 thanks to all employees 👍. I also know from painful experience in palliative care units where patients are completely immobilized with medication. But here you have a calming feeling. The new ward is great for the patients.

::I'm currently in the neurology ward 3 A for the second day. The senior doctor and nurses are very competent and friendly. One examination after the other, great. Conclusion, I feel in good hands here, five stars plus ✌️😌 Addendum, the food is delicious, good rolls for breakfast, I was amazed at a Demeter 🍌

::I have never seen such nice and cheerful staff in hospitals as there. A hospital where you don't feel like you're a cow in a slaughterhouse. Everyone is very friendly and really tries hard to find out the cause. Some people in Bochum and Witten can learn a lesson from this hospital!

::One star only for the neurologist doctor from Cyprus and the staff in the emergency room who were impeccable towards me...the room in terms of cleanliness was a disaster...I had to clean the toilet myself and the sheets were changed only once in 2 and a half weeks. .since the cleaning lady alone probably didn't have time to do many things and the staff didn't pay much attention to it...the bed was manual and after surgery 9 hours in the stomach and unbearable pain in the leg had to be to raise and lower it manually ..the staff was rude and without taking pain issues seriously and orders from the doctor were not fulfilled as they should be ..after 2 and a half weeks there I would not want to be hospitalized here again...unfortunately! !!

::Yesterday I went to the emergency room with my 84 year old mother. After it became clear relatively quickly that she had to stay there for further clarification, it took 6 hours for the old lady to get a room. The staff/doctors are super nice and helpful, but this long wait for a room is just not possible!!
