Poor hygiene in the hospital Ladies and Gentlemen I am writing here to express my deep concern about the lack of hygiene in this hospital. As a patient, I recently had an experience that deeply disturbed me. I was recently in your hospital and I regret to say that I have never experienced such an unhygienic environment before. The cleanliness of the facility left much to be desired and it was obvious that insufficient attention was paid to disinfecting rooms and medical equipment. As a potential patient, I am deeply concerned about the possible risks I may face in such an environment. I would like to emphasize that, in my opinion, it is irresponsible to treat patients in an environment that does not meet the required hygiene standards. These deficiencies not only endanger patient health, but also undermine trust in your medical facility. I urge you to take immediate action to improve hygiene throughout the hospital and ensure similar incidents are avoided in the future. It is of the utmost importance that patients in your hospital are safe and secure.

Last Friday I had an operation in this facility. They have a very good committed team. Right from the reception, the nurses, anaesthetic team and the doctor herself...they put on a smile and carry out their work professionally. Thank to doctor Neuberg and her team ❤️ Ooh let me not forget; the hospital was very clean, I have been in hospitals and believe me it was very clean! For this I even feel like 5 star is not enough!

I went to the clinic with acute abdominal pain. I was examined by a very good specialist and recommended that I stay for a more detailed examination. As a result, I had to undergo surgery. I would like to thank the wonderful specialists of this clinic who performed my operation. Also a huge thank you to the staff who looked after me after the operation. They are very friendly, welcoming, understanding and responsive. Thank you very much to your clinic for everything.

My review only applies to station A4. Got home on Monday afternoon August 25th. But don't ask me how I got home. On Tuesday I felt so bad that my wife took me to the hospital with an RTW. I was immediately diagnosed with meningitis and had no recollection from Monday afternoon until 6:30am on Thursday. They tried to subdue me with seven nurses and one student nurse, but I tossed them all back and forth like a washing machine. Due to my illness, they ended up calling the police to hurt myself. Whether you believe me or not, I can't remember anything, nothing. Nada. My thanks go entirely to the team and the doctors... whether doctor, nurse, student or Watt I know what, within two days they managed to get me on my feet. A big thank you to the A4 Evangelisches Klinikum Gelsenkirchen Munckelstraße station. THANKS
