::As a former employee of the Tannenhof in Remscheid, I can only report a disappointing experience. The company's human resources department leaves much to be desired and demonstrates an appalling inability to address employee concerns. From missing documents to unresolved issues, my time there was filled with constant frustration. There is a lack of professionalism and efficiency that makes it difficult to concentrate on work and feel comfortable. I strongly advise against applying here if you are looking for a positive and supportive work environment.

::Nice employees, the nursing staff are mostly nice and friendly. Some doctors don't take you seriously. You are treated like a second class person (at least in the ward where I was). I've been here for 4 days and the cleaning lady didn't wipe it once until I had to do it myself. Lamps are dusty and the hinges are coming off the windows Not cleaned. It's a shame the house had so much potential.

::Lots of new parking spaces, first 30 minutes and on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - even free of charge. Free parking (permanent) - only along Remscheider Straße. From there a shortcut to P1. There is another parking lot opposite. Always register at the information desk (signposted). Reception is friendly and competent.
