  Unterstützung bei Geburt war ok aber Freundlichkeit und Zeit für die Belange der frisch gewordenen Mutter sucht man hier vergeblich. Einzelne Hebammen geben sich Mühe aber diese kann man an einer Hand abzählen. Allgemein hat man den Eindruck dass das gesamte Personal gestresst und genervt ist. Sehr schade wo man doch mit neugeborenen zu tun hat und die Mütter viel positive Energie und Zuspruch benötigen. Deutliches verbesserungspotenzial auch beim Essen. Das war echt ein Witz.

  War heute abend in der Notaufnahme, sehr freundliche Ärztin und Krankenhaus Personal. Wartezeit ca. 30 min. Kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

  DO NOT GO HERE! I'm currently in stationary care. Second day without any kind of actual food. Personnel is absolutely incompetent and there is literally no organisation or structure. I asked to get my IV relocated since the first one was poorly put onto my right wrist vein. After a day it hurted so bad I had to remove it myself. But no relocation, instead I get pills, which I can't swallow, so I told the personnel several times but I was refused any help. And even with the capability of speaking 3 very common languages, 2/3 of the personnel does not speak German, English or Spanish. No privacy on the rooms, even with a single room. Personnel would just walk in. Knocking? Nah. I'm lucky to be halfway medically educated because else I would've overdosed on medication twice since I'm here. They give you your pills and with luck there was enough time in between dosages. Bright side I have blinds so I don't have to look outside. Edit: Also if you come here unplanned like me, don't think you'll get any kind of personal hygiene products or towels to clean yourself. Especially as a woman this can be massively unpleasant especially when they refuse to help you out with tampax.

  Das Krankenhaus ist zwar optisch nicht gerade ansprechend, dafür kann man sich aber was die Freundlichkeit angeht, keinen besseren Service wünschen. Alle sind sehr einfühlsam und zugewandt und das von der Pforte bis zum Facharzt. Über die Fachkompetenz zu urteilen, kann ich mir als Laie nicht anmaßen, es gab jedoch auch hier keinen Anlass zur Kritik.

  I really don’t know how this hospital exists in a country like Germany. This hospital by far, is the worst hospital i’ve ever stepped a foot to. (Bare in mind that i come from a 3rd world country) so i have seen plenty of low standard hospitals outside Europe. Unclean, lack of staff and unprofessional sisters and secretaries. (Maybe not all of them, but at least the ones i dealt with). I would give a star only because of the night shift doctor that took care of me. She was really on point. It was the only flower a desert.
