  It may be that the residents are doing well. (which I doubt) But employees who work there are not paid fairly. Hours etc are embezzled. Sad but unfortunately true, I've heard this from several former employees. And Germany doesn't have any nursing specialists... of course Germany has nursing specialists and assistants, but there is bullying in the nursing homes to the point where it's no longer possible, so the good nurses unfortunately get sick or give up nursing altogether!! And that's not because of the clientele, but solely because of the employees who think they have to make life hell for others who come fresh or for those whose noses don't suit them. And from several sources this is probably the case in this home too. I couldn't believe it either... but was proven wrong. I hope that at least this comment will be taken to heart and perhaps even addressed.
