  Unfreundlich wäre die falsche Beschreibung. Es war eine unglaubliche Arroganz die mir bei dem Gespräch mit der Mitarbeiterin von Europcar Heidelberg entgegen gebracht wurde. Da habe ich in vielen anderen Europcar Filialen viel besser Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich brauchte einen Sprinter von Ostersonntag bis Ostermontag von Heidelberg nach Emden. Europcar wollte 836 € Jetzt miete ich bei Sixt für 263 € bei gleicher Leistung. Vergleichen lohnt sich.

  The car I had booked was supposed to be with a Sat Nav. Unfortunately, the data card with the map material had been stolen without them noticing it. Now what? I really needed a Sat Nav to get around and I didn't have a mobile data plan for Austria. The lady at the desk was helpful enough and managed to organise a mobile Sat Nav last minute! Thanks so much 👍🏻

  Hired car from this place twice. Nice and friendly staff. The car collection is nice. I got an upgrade once as the booked car was not available. You can as well drop the keys in the box if you want to return the car in non working hours.
