::I visit the espresso house 3 or 4 times a week on the way to work. There is a member of staff who is aggressive, angry and very rude. Not just to me but to other customers also. We are all working together in this pandemic but his way of treating and speaking to people is unacceptable. He is definitely in the wrong profession. Please do soemthing about this before he ruins your reputation further. He has short black hair, is a short man and walks around like he owns the place.

::Walked in to grap a coffee to go the place was empty apart from 2 tables in the other room while talking to my partner over the phone a female member of staff came up to me interrupting yelling at me I have to order or go. So I told her I would like a coffee which she only replied very bland too she is not serving and I should go up to the counter, which isn't rocket science i do understand this, but by an empty place (really in an empty place you telling me to go up and order) not sure what she makes such fuss about she clearly shouldn't work with customers to make things worst after paying for my only "lukewarm late" she had the nerve to through my change towards me over the counter, worst customer service ever attitude from staff towards customers especially foreign very aggressive. They need to sort this out ASAP as there are far better coffee places out there.

::Great coffee and a cozy atmosphere - this is a perfect place to have a coffee or tea and relax within a busy train station. Used to be Balzac Coffee, now renovated and rebranded. Suited for parents and families as they serve snacks, have a microwave (you can heat baby food) and high chairs. The coffee is great, a selection of milk alternatives are available for vegans or lactose-intolerant people - and you can order your drinks to go. And did I mention that the coffee is great, too?
