Something had happened with Erasmie. They had the best cakes in town, but now the quality has drastically dropped. The base of the cakes definitely changed and now are filled with whip cream (sahne). That delicious base dough that looked like a cookie at the bottom is now a horrible base that sticks to your teeth and tastes like pure sugar with margarine. It's sad and disappointing.
