  Unbelievable, children with illness have to wait at least 2 hours!!! There are no toys etc in the waiting room. The children are all bored and don't feel like it. They cry and scream after half an hour... Just one doctor for many children. But the doctor is nice.

  Wouldn't even give it one star. It's a hospital, where is the hygiene, where??? Dirty, messy, incredibly simple. Whether waiting room, treatment room. Everything is dirty and dusty and you can see that it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Waiting times are catastrophic anyway. If you have any questions, the specialists answer very pretentiously. Where do our tax dollars go if not to places like this?? No lie, the doctor was in there for 30 seconds, looked into the mouth and sprinted out. Sad! I'm at a loss for words here

  Waiting times are too long and children who come with really extreme fevers even have to wait a long time. Staff nice, but sometimes the staff shouldn't talk so condescendingly to the parents. Ultimately, their children are sick and if someone asks you something, you shouldn't be immediately yelled at. Bochum should probably be better, I heard. It's best to go there and see for yourself.

  Very nice nurses and very child-friendly treatment from the doctor! We were lucky, were there on Friday afternoon and didn't have to wait long
