::Institution of confusion and lack of structure. As soon as you get in, you have no idea what to do. So you queue because others queue too. No instructions, nobody tells you what to, the number dispenser machine never works. You get treated with disrespect and arrogance. Surprisingly, the workers do not speak german. They also do not accept any german documents but only authorized translations in romanian. Hello?! Ridiculous!
