::Unfortunately, due to Corona, you always have to wear a mask in the zoo. Although the zoo is very spacious and you can get out of your way, care is taken to always wear a mask, the Padagonia is unfortunately closed when I was Christmas (a small family tradition) km zoo was closed but I think it was because of the lookdown will always be closed at the moment ... just like all animal houses ... but luckily you can have a little something to eat and something hot at the playground.

::Very well connected in terms of transport, you can quasi drop out of the Tierpark underground station or the tram straight into the zoo. A parking lot (day ticket ⏠4) is also not far. Here you can buy day tickets as well as annual tickets. There is also a small shop where you can buy souvenirs. One comes directly to the tree cutters and the prairie dogs. The polar bears are also not far from here.

::Love the Tierpark shop at this entrance (there isn't one at the other). This is a quick walk from tram and u bahn station and not too far from S Karlhorst. Parking is 4 euro. The polar bear is quite close from this way.
