  I had an accident today and went to emergency section of the hospital. I described my sever pain. After waiting for four hours to visit the doctor, I asked the nurse when will be my turn, she answered very very rudely and got anger on me, and said you can go back, without considering my situation. I could wait longer for doctor to visit but the nurse behavior was very impolite. I went back home. I even gave the phone to my brother to describe everything in German to her, she still talked very impolite and got angry on him too.

  Catastrophic comportment with patients Crashing your head in an accident and losing conscience feeling dizziness = they say no need to do a Computertomografie “scanner” as long as your conscious has returned and you can walk now, they say that’s normal to lose conscience when crashing your head Absolutely disappointed!!!! If it was possible to give less than 1star I should have done it

  I just got out of the hospital, after a 3-day hospitalization, cause of a crucial ligament rupture surgery. The personnel is super friendly, the doctors are very good, (Dr. Christoph Bruhns, the surgeon and head doctor of the department, and Dr. Dabbagh, one of the departments orthopedics) and the food is also quite good for a hospital. Absolutely recommend it, especially for orthopedic problems!!!

  Last night I was at a club with two friends. One had only a couple of beers (we had just arrived) and he became unable to stand. We sat with him, and gave him water, and while he was somewhat responsive, he was not improving so we called ambulance. The paramedics were disinterested and tried to say he was drunk and we needed to take him home. We insisted that they do their jobs and take him to the hospital. After much argument, they finally did. After arriving at the hospital (where the emergency room was completely empty, with no one else to treat) our friend was placed in a wheelchair and left in a hallway. They would not give us information and treated us with complete disdain. When we exited the hospital, we were LOCKED OUT, and ringing the bell was no use. Assuming that the front door would be accessible as it is a hospital, we walked around to the front of the building. Nope, that was locked too. We returned to the emergency room and went in through the ambulance bay. They let us in when we rang that bell, joking "oh, so you are from the ambulance?" and I said "No, but you locked us out of your hospital, something that should be accessible and with our friend inside." We returned to the waiting room. I needed to use the rest room, just to discover that they had locked us in the waiting room. Shortly after, they returned our friend and all but shoved us out of the hospital. I have never seen such behavior from medical staff in my life. His blood pressure had dropped, and as we had suspected, he simply needed a saline drip. This could have been done in the ambulance. Instead they let him go for couple hours without treatment, and behaved as if it was a burden for them to have to do their jobs. I have never been so disgusted by paramedics or doctors in my life. Horrible experience.
