::Doing my groceries there for 10 years. When it was called Reichelt, I had very little complaints, but it got worse and worse over the years. Some items are never in stock, no matter what time or day you go there. I'm wondering why they still offer these instead of just not losing them any longer. Waiting times at the cashiers are usually very long. Stuff is not very friendly, for the most part and since they decided to lock the coffee, I have been buying my coffee beans elsewhere. Otherwise they have a decent collection of a bit of everything, when they managed to re-stock.

::This store is good, it's relatively not like the other supermarkets in Germany, and you have more different products to choose for. Despite of the chips that are mostly from paprika flavour.

::Incredibly rude and impolite staff. After I did my shopping and stood in line, the lady did not want to check out my products because I “didn’t have a cart”. I couldn’t get a cart because I had no coins and no cash, so if you are going to demand the use of a cart, then you HAVE to leave the carts open. Otherwise it is absolutely absurd not to let people shop there. Plus, with the pandemic, unless you have someone there controlling that people actually disinfect the carts, it is an easy focus of contamination and infection because everyone keeps touching the carts and passing them to the next customer. CHANGE THIS POLICY NOW.
