  I wanted to buy a pair of Clarks. I was aware of the closing time and tried to get in and out as fast as possible. When I asked for my size the male employee replied:" Do we really need to do it now?" There was still five minutes before closing time and he refused to help me. Very bad customer service and I am happy to spend my money elsewhere.

  Unhelpful, unfriendly stuff! Avoid this place and go to ecco at postdamerplatz

  The worst shop ever. Not many products and unfriendly staffs. Staff was totally not helpful at all
