::I had to have a PDF file bound as a book for an exam. I spoke to an employee on the phone who told me to send him everything by email and then he would start printing out the file. The file consisted of approximately 360 pages. When it came to book printing, I thought of a book and assumed that it would automatically print on both sides. But that wasn't the case, because it was a bit thick because of the number of pages, he told me that his boss would do it better because he was unsure. The next day I thought about it and would rather have it printed on both sides because of the weight and because of the time when I want to look something up. Without further ado, I wrote them an email and said they should please print it again on both sides, which I would then pay for, since it was partly my mistake. After the email, I called again personally so that there would be no misunderstanding. In the phone call I explained to you what happened and my perspective, why I thought it would be printed on both sides. Which they could also understand. After work I drove there to pick up everything. I was handed both things, i.e. the bound version printed on both sides and the 360 pages. Since I had already paid for the 360 pages in advance, I actually only had to pay for the pages printed on both sides. NOW I COME TO THE POINT WHY I GIVE 5 STARS: Since it wasn't just my mistake, but also the employee's, Did you give me the double sided sheets for free. Thank you for that! Can only recommend the store!!!
