  Nach dem der Verkäufer erstmal zu Ende telefonieren musste,habe ich mir für ganze 1,60€ einen normalen Donut gekauft. Er war trocken, hatte eine Kruste und war schlichtweg ungenießbar. Als ich dies reklamieren wollte, war der Verkäufer erstmal für 5 Minuten verschwunden. Auf Anfrage nach einem Neuen oder dem Geld zurück wurde ich unfreundlich abgewiesen und mir gesagt, dass der Donut wohl frisch wäre und morgens geliefert wurde. Nie wieder!

  Donuts are usually pretty stale from this specific Dunkin Donuts. Not too friendly staff, and very small stand, so donuts sell out fast and the selection is never too large.

  Went to this store twice while in Berlin. Both times the same girl was working. The first time we arrived at about 6.30 and she was sitting to the side of the counter on her phone and told us she wouldn't serve us because they were closed. Only after checking later did we realise they were open until 10pm. Then today at 12.30 on the 7/5/16 we waited as she chatted to a customer, when we got to the till she pointed at my 20 euro note and said she couldn't change it. We hadn't even ordered so she had no idea how much change she would actually need to give us. Hard not to feel that both these events occurred because we were speaking English. One star is too high a score as both times we went we couldn't even get served, the Dunkin Donuts across the road is much better with much better service.
